Hello from Motorsport Electronics! Professional PnP Engine Management!

Hi chaps, now officially a trader so we can post up some info about our exciting new range of PnP Engine Management systems. Everyone in the UK who tunes MX-5s has now either switched, or switching to the ME221 core - here's what the well respected UK Tuner Skuzzle Motorsport have to say about the ME221...

"I have just spent the last few weeks playing with the fairly recently released Motorsport Electronics ME221 pnp ecu and finally after years of supplying, fitting, mapping MegaSquirt of all shapes and sizes, I am proud to announce that from this day on, my ECU of choice for most MX5 applications is now the ME221." from MX5Nutz

There's also loads of press around the web.

The ECUs use our new ME221 core, which was funded and developed as part of Le Mans engine development project - a serious Motorsport ECU (timing accuracy and calculation speed are unmatched in the sub £2,000 ECU price range) with a price tag of under £600 including UK VAT.

Above is the NB PnP for the 99-00 models, and yes, the smart alternator control is retained, as are all factory sensors (though you can run MAFless if you wish as we also have an inbuilt 21psi MAP sensor on all models)

Heres the NA model, showing how tidiliy they install using the OEM case...

We support the NA, NB and right now, we have just finished testing the new PnP for the NB2 (Mk2.5) with VVT (here's a vid literally filmed today)

We will be running group buys on the NB and NB2 ECUs in around 4 weeks time - so watch out for those!

Any questions, comments, please get in touch!
