Props to Trackspeed Engineering
A couple of months ago I bought Sleeper MX-5's 93 with a FM engine & Begi-S3. Recently, the car started having serious issues, running really poorly. The problems exceeded my meager skill level pretty quickly, so I took it to a local shop, but had no luck in getting all of the issues resolved.
Well, there's a new (virtual) shop in the Bay Area, Trackspeed Engineering, started by Savington, Nick Buchanan, and Sean Allen. Nick and Sean on Spec guys. The guys came to my house and systematically identified the problems in the tune (running MSPNP) as well as some mechanical issues. They retuned the car on the spot, fixed the mechanicals, and restored the car to its former self. All for a very fair price.
Highly recommended.
