I should be getting more fuel than this...help!

Alright, setup is as such:

EMB
330cc injectors
Begi RRFPR at 95-100psi (won't go higher for some reason)
Walbro 190 HP

Okay, according the the RC Engineering calculator/equations page, at 100psi of fuel pressure, the 330cc injectors should be flowing ~490cc.

I am sourcing the wastegate signal from the intake manifold, have a MBC inline but it is adjusted all the way out so it's not doing anything. The wastegate is set to 5-6psi like it came with the BEGi kit. There is 2.5-3psi increase when moving the signal source from the turbo to the intake manifold: The boost gauge (source at IM) now reads 5-6 psi instead of 2.5-3. The makes sense as the point on the turbo where the original source is from is about half the size of the IC piping diameter, so the expansion means pressure loss. So if I were to hook a boost gauge up to the signal port on the turbo I would see 7-8 psi maybe?

Anyways, at 5-6psi, with the fuel pressure set at 100psi and AFRs at 11.5-11.8, I'm seeing 75% DC at redline. With that much fuel pressure, I figured I'd be able to hit 10psi with the 2554. With almost 500cc/min, I think I should have much more headroom that I do. So, either my numbers are wrong somewhere, or there is not as much fuel flowing as I think. The injectors were cleaned/flow tested at Deatschwerks, so I know they're good. What do you guys think, am I crazy or is something not working right?

sell the piggybacks.

I should've expected that. :fawk: I will get a MegaSquirt at some point in the future, I promise...or an Adaptronic. Shit I'm just happy I have it sorted enough to do my first turbo autox tomorrow. In the meantime...
