Default Injector pigtails - twist the leads? (also looking for cheap connectors)

My injectors came with a set of pigtail connectors for splicing into the injector harness. I noticed all the finished injector adapters that RC Engineering sells have tightly twisted leads (see pic). In comunications this is usually done to reduce EMF. Is it necessary/beneficial on my low impedance setup? Any of you electrical gurus care to comment?

FWIW, all of the cheaper (but still overpriced) hobbyist type alternatives like Five-O-Motorsports and Injector Rehab have straight leads.

I am also looking for cheap male Denso connectors to make these pigtails plug-n-play, but the best I could do was $4 per connector + $6 shipping from an unpleasant Ebay seller. Anybody have cheaper/better source? I know they are made by Sumitomo Electric, but I don't know the part number.

And so does the OEM wiring harness in your car.

The twisting of the leads in this case is purely cosmetic. It matters not whether the last 4" of your injector leads are twisted, when there's six feet of untwisted wire between them and the ECU.

Can't help with male connectors. When I did mine, I removed the injector harness from the car, cut the existing ends off, and soldered the new leads directly into the harness.

cosmetic... check

I too may be affixing the connectors directly to my harness with molten lead, but prefer to go PNP if I can keep the cost down.

Now somebody needs to hook a brotha up!
