Default Anyone else with timing issue with 96-97

I have been fighting with a timing issue for a while. I cannot figure out the issue. I have checked the timing belt about 3 times. All the marks line up well. The CAS is fine. But, I have never really looked at my Crank Angle Sensor before. But here is the issue... I am running 12# of boost and I am at 12deg timing with NO timing retard at all. I should be hearing tons of Pre Det right now. I am about to pull my hair out over this.

My setup:
1.8 stock block (ARP head studs)
BRP dual feed fuel rail
supra 307 inj
begi fmu
255 pump
bipes
ngk iridium plugs one stage colder than stock
bipes acu (bypassed right now)
tdr style intercooler
begi mani
t28 turbo
2.5 exhaust

Any help would be GREAT...

I am going to check the air gap and the resistance on the CrAS tonight. I will know then what is up. Hopefully...

I have got to figure this out.

Anyone heard of a Timing belt streching? I havent.

I will have to check. I have just always pulled all of the plastics off and checked the mark on the crank gear. It should be the right mark correct?
