MSPnpPro COP Sequential Ignition Wiring

Hey guys,

I have a MSPnpPro, I also have a Fab9 COP kit.

How would I wire the coils to run sequential ignition? Is it as easy as wiring the triggers of each coil to the respective ECU pin, or is it more complex?

Assuming it's just taking the triggers to the ECU pins, it's going to be 1 through for on pins 4N, 4P, 4R, and 4T respectively right? Then set ignition within TS to "Sequential/ Semi-Sequential" and let it do all the work?

Thanks.

What year? Is the Fab9 COP kit wired for sequential?

The signal wire from the COP kit will just go to the Spark output of Megasquirt. It will be in the firing order, not 1,2,3,4. So Spark A to cyl 1, Spark B to cyl 3, Spark C to cyl 4, and Spark D to cyl 2. Not sure how the pins are mapped on the MSPnpPro, but we can check the diagram with your year.

it's a 97. Unfortunately it's not on the diyautotune website, but I suspect it's the same as the 95 one.

I can wire the Fab9 kit to be sequential, right now all 4 triggers just go into the igniter but I can cut and splice as need be.
