Need Help with new engine first startup, no spark
 

I need some help diagnosing crank, no start on a new engine.
I believe it's something spark related. Using test mode makes a clicking sound at the coilpack and injectors but it doesn't seem to be firing when cranking.

attached is a composite log from megasquirt. from what I understand prilevel and seclevel are the cam and crank sensors which seem to be getting a good signal?
na 1.8 converted to nb cam and crank sensors. 36-2 FM trigger wheel and megasquirt shows full rpm sync.

Old : NA 1.8 Stock engine, turbo, 700cc injectors
New : NA with built 1.8 bp4w using NB cam + crank sensors, turbo, 700cc injectors, 36-2 trigger wheel
ECU : Megasquirt MSPNP2 with TunerStudio

NA 1994
1.8L BP4W with NB cam and crank sensors
272/272 cams
700cc injectors
oem coil pack, ngk leads, NGK 4291 ZFR6F-11 V-Power Spark Plug
FM Turbo setup GT2560R
