Default To rich in boost/ Please help

Can someone tell me why autotune is trying to dump fuel into my boost areas of my VE table. I understand that when my AFR's are to rich, misfiring will occur and because of this my wideband will read lean. Autotune than compensates by adding fuel, which is not helping the issue. I turn my EGO off, or just give it no authority and I have my incorporate AFR turned on. Spark blowout occurs in highboost because of this problem, well at least I think its spark blowout.
650cc Injectors
DW300 fuel pump
Stock ignition
Gap 20-25
NGK plugs

Your wideband appears to be broken. I presume you are not running 16.1 AFR in boost.

I don't see any extra fuel added during the boosted section. The fuel PW tracks MAP except for a region (6300-6600 rpm), where less fuel is
input due to the GammaE being lower. Not sure why this is lower.

GammaE
Gamma is the total enrichment factor, computed by MegaSquirt® taking into account all of warmup, acceleration/deceleration, barometric, and manifold air temperature sensor correction factors, but excluding EGO correction, which is handled separately (See Corrections/Enrichments, below.) Returned from MS as a percentage value in "gammae."

Is there any way I can test if my wide band is broken. It’s steady when idling and cursing around, even light pulls. How could it be faulty under bigger loads?
