Roast my tune? (95 miata mspnp2)

Long story short my ECUs MAP sensor was failing more and more over time because i routed the MAP sensor directly to the manifold where i think moisture got into the MAP line (when i went to solder the new map sensor water was in the old one.). but i kept adjusting the tune to make it work since this is my daily ( i know i know). After a few weeks of talking back and forth with DIYautotune I got a new map sensor and installed it myself. Everything is working amazing again and i couldn't be happier. But I'm completely self taught and although I've learned A LOT. I still clearly have a lot more learning to do.

The main reason for this post: Whenever I am at idle or anywhere under 4000 RPM and give sudden blips to the throttle or go WOT the car hesitates pretty badly. Gear changes and moving from a stop are really smooth if I don't give it to much sauce. lol Looks to be going rich. I messed with the AE table a good bit and got little improvements.
I would also like to figure out which method works best... MAP based dot or TPS? (currently using TPS)
Also, my IAC Valve settings are a little weird i think. I have it set inverted because it seemed to be the only way it'll work. its the PWM 3 wire standard 95 miata IAC valve. if i switch it to normal and flip my numbers around it shoots idle to like 4000 rpm.
My closed and open duty is 25.9 and 76.0

Feel free to roast me and my tune.
Also, if you notice anything else that needs work or fixing please let me know.
I drive a 1.8l 95' Miata with Rx8 yellow top injectors, GM IAT sensor, and a Uego Wideband Sensor. Using the MSPNP2

I usually keep to myself but this one is boggling my mind. Thank you guys ahead of time for the help. If i missed any key details let me know!

You need a data log to see what is happening as you go on throttle. You'd want to see at least TPS, MAP, RPM, AFR and VE. TPS could be zeroed wrong or your AFR could go lean/rich from idle to throttle. I haven't messed with AE at all and it runs fine from the base map.

I second the data log. My AE settings were pretty messed up until I sat down for an hour and played around with it. Trying adding fuel and taking away fuel and seeing how my AFR and engine react to sudden throttle spikes until I eventually got it perfect.

It's weird that the base map settings aren't working for you but then again they didn't work for me either. Watch your AFR very closely as you blip the gas. Your AFR shouldn't go lean at all, that means you need more fuel added from AE. If it goes rich but your engine is still not able to rev quickly and properly then you're adding too much fuel from AE.
