Rpm input jumping randomly since stand alone

After installing my me221 my rpm gauge and offcourse the signal to the ecu is doing this, any idea what this could be?
ive swapped the oem ecu back and then everything is fine

Noob mistake

So apparently the OEM ecu is fine with being 10degrees retarded and both cams being 1 tooth off.
fixed that and the sync error is gone
