Setting timing without a light?
Between Rev's material and posts like Ben's I understand I need the MS2 Advanced to know the accuracy of the mechanical timing and use the timing wizard to make adjustments.
But is there any way to set the timing without using a timing light? If not, I will just wait until I can get together with a local who knows this stuff or read how to use a light and rent one. Thanks. |
No, there is no way to set it without a light.

Take the insulation off the first spark plug wire, close your eyes, grab the wire, and only open your eyes at the exact moment you are being shocked.
