Adaptronic e420c and 2004 MSM ?????
Question guys.....
Has anyone used the e420c with an MSM and had it running correctly? I just bought a 2004 MSM and already have the e420c from another project. I'd like to run it with some bigger injectors, either the 305's or the 550's I have laying around. Just want to get it installed with the stock set for now, get it running correctly and then upgrade the injectors. I just need to know if anyone has run this successfully with the MSM. I searched the forum and found 1-2 items touching this combo, but nothing really says "got this running great"
Thanks in advance.

I checked out your blog. Seems like you've used just about every part out there for us to use. Did you notice any improvement in using the adaptronic unit? I didn't know if you installed just this unit or other parts at the same time. I already have the small enchilada installed.

I guess the performance is the same as the Hydra or MS for the same spark/fuel.
Big + for any ECU on the MSM is raising the stock 6500 rpm limit. Use the stock ECU for idle via the jumpers on the adapter board. Imho the Adaptronic needs better and easier idle/transient throttle settings and better knock calibration/filtration. CAN protocol for interaction with dataloggers instead of modbus would be nice as well.
If you fit 3" and a less restrictive intake you need to control boost by rpm as the MSM turbo spikes like crazy from around 4500-5500 rpm due to boost creep.
