Mazdaspeed miata ecu purchase
So I've decided to buy my car a Christmas present, It's been good for the last two years on just the fm little enchilada with no management, but I can't help myself at this point. More than likely I'll go with the mspnp pro and upgrade the injectors while I'm at it, as I have to pass emissions every two years and need to be able to swap things out fairly easily. Who should I buy from? Any sponsors running a discount this month or for the new year? Anyone want to try to sway my ecu choice?
thanks much
Ken

i had a MSM with little enchilada installed. awesome car, horrible horrible stock ECU.
The stock ECU gets confused all the time, and retards power, pull timing, pull ignition at the worst moments, like actually trying to go fast and shift fast through the gears.
result car has no power, even though boost gauge shows 10 psi. wierdest thing i ever seen.
sold the car, regretted it. probably should have just gone with an MS2. but oh well. now i have an awesome NB2 with gt2560 and cant be happier.

I hope so, the only thing that worries me is the fiddling with cold starts and other minutiae. I still have to decide on what fuel injectors to order for the car, that's not something I want to have to do twice or screw with other than a swap out every couple years for emissions testing. I'm going to have to make a determination as to what cc to buy considering that in the future I'll probably end up upgrading both the turbo itself, and the internals of the motor (because I can't leave well enough alone). My previous turbo miata made almost 300whp with a set of used rx7 550's, I'm thinking a set of 700's would do the trick considering I don't have a need for an e85 tune ?
