Is this tune decent?

Hi all,
I've bought a turbocharged NA 1.8 a few weeks ago.
According to the first owner, it's running this setup (I didn't include suspension/brakes):

- FMII ECU
-Magnecor 8.5 mm Spark Plugs
- 750 cc RC Injectors
-FM Oil Filter Relocation Kit
- FM Aluminium Flywheel
-FM Extreme Organic Kevlar Clutch
-FM Quick Shifter
-FM Aluminium Race Radiator
-FM Stage 2 Fans for Race radiator
-FM Race Oil Cooler
-FMIII Turbo kit (all options included)
-FM Catalic Converter
-FM Big-Bore M1 Turbo Exhaust
According to him, the car should make around 275 bhp, but he has never but it on a dyno. He's going by the numbers of Flyin Miata (275 seems a bit optimistic tbh).

The boost gauge that was included, went to 11 or 12 psi on full throttle. I've changed the gauge by an e-bay gauge I had lying around, because that one has built in lights for night driving. This ebay gauge goes up to 15 psi on full throttle, but the needle shakes pretty hard. As it also shook pretty hard on my stock bbr turbo near max boost, it's probably a crappy gauge.

Anyway, I've downloaded the trial of data log lab, and made 2 rather long runs. The first run is with winlink, the second is with rtlink.
I pushed the car quite hard at a moment in the first run, and it apparently stalled. The cooling temp was also rather high, according to the standard gauge (I think it has been modified to be more accurate). Going from the logged data, it went up to 114°C. That's not that bad, right?
The car seemed to stall(had to start again) a few times during and after that hard part of the run. I am not sure if it was my knee touching the keychain too hard, or what could have caused it.

Anyway, I was hoping that you guys could give me some more info going by these logs. Are there things I should be worried about?)
