hydra ems help wont start
just bought a 95' Miata was told all it needs is a base tune. car does not run. I have fuel, no spark. has the hydra EMS ecu installed. engine cranks over with no problem. can someone help I don't know if I need a base tune or what I need to get this car started. also I have windows 7 on my laptop will it be compatible? all the paper work I have shows that it update is a 2.5 someone help please
