What Datalogging Software To Use with ME442 ECU
Hi guys and gals... I'm new to the Miata Turbo forum, and will soon be turbo charging my Miata (MX5)... :noob:
Could you please point me to a good (FREE if possible) data logging file reader software that I can use instead of ECUTEKpro as I'm not a pro tuner and don't want to have to pay lots of monies on a hobby... I'm currently studying EFI tuning with the HP Academy, and have already installed an ME442 ECU, vacuum hose etc... so am good to go with the data logging, I just don't know what software to use to view the logs so that I can make changes to the map and calibration file. I'll get some pics up of my build and possibly even some how to stuff as and when I start the turbo install... I'll be using a low mount Garrett GTX2867R Gen II turbo set-up, so there's loads of headroom for future madness if I choose... In the meantime it'll be a stock engine, low boost build for fast road and track days. My local track is Brands Hatch, so I'm quite lucky there... Anyhoo... Thank you all kindly... See you all soon, Vince |
Hard to beat MegaLogViewer HD for what you want to do. Plays nicely with the ME logs. Not free but not expensive either.
