I think the cutting/splicing nightmare of your factory wiring harness so yet another device marketed to FWD ricer douchebags can be enjoyed for a day or two until the novelty wears off is way overrated. Spend the $200 on a set of drag radials and get some real skillz through practice.
And I'll assume you've already called the company to make sure it's compatible with the Miata. If you'll look at the list of cars on the page, a Miata is not listed. If you have called the company and verified it'll work, then it would've been nice to mention it since you know somebody will call you out. If you haven't called yet, then this thread failz bad and you risk additional ridicule when we find out it won't even work. BTW: I think Megasquirt can be configured to do both of these things. |
Do you plan to add this to a bandaid setup? Is your car turboed? If on bandaids get a good ems and benefit from better control as well as those features. If not even turbo'd why the hell would you even want to launch your car and flat foot shift it? Its slow as fuuuuuuuk
