Blown engine cause

Hello all,
I had a incident, my engine blown when I was in first gear WOT, up-hill and I'm searching for cause. The car was runing fine for 3years, did around 30k km. Last month before this happen, car started to have issues with starting. The night I had a incident car needed 5 seconds to turn on...
I was running 1.8 non-vvt with GT2554R; Everything was stock, was running re-route of coolant, oil cooler, R8 coils, everything else was stock.
I got the big hole at the bottom of 4th cylinder, one guess is that I was without oil pressure
To make this short, this is my ignition table, can someone please tell me what he thinks about, is it 2much aggressive? Do I need to post any additional info? I prepared same engine, just dont want to run into same issue again

You could probably pull 2-4 degrees of timing out in boost, cruise too if I'm honest.

What ECU is that? What boost were you running?

Did you break a rod or melt a piston? The long crank suggests poor fuel delivery, either bad injectors or lack of fuel pressure. This is why I ALWAYS suggest running a high quality pressure sensor for fuel and oil, monitored at the ECU. Takes the guess work out of a lot of diagnostics.

I was running a bit less than 1 BAR of boost (12psi if Im right?!). The ECU is ME442.
I break a piston rod (found a part on bottom of the car. I will open the engine tomorrow.
The important thing I forgot to mention is a Walbro fuel pump and Bosch 640 injectors (it's not a Chinese copy)
