I am reassembling my VVT head, and I am reusing the stock springs, can anyone confirm the 39mm dimension from the post below? It appears to be very close to what I have for "valve stem protruding length" minus top retainer thickness. I don't have a 2001 FSM and all the ones on the web that I have found, do not include the details for the engine/head rebuild. I have the stock spring seats and some .030 seats, but it looks like the .030 will be a little too thick.
