Here is a miata that is supposedly down a few streets from me. I have seen it on a trailer before coming home from the track.

Im assuming he added a 200 shot of nitrous or soemthing

since its been at 616 for a while now, its unlikely adding 1.5 psi of boost added exactly 200hp

Who knows. I am guessing there were a few bugs in his tune, or he has changed something significant. I do not see nitrous anywhere in the engine compartment. Those are older photos however.

Might have something to do with everyone and their mother having seen this car already since its old news and been posted many times.

Just a shot in the dark though.

You should go visit him and ask what changes have been made or even details on the entire build. Pretty neat car regardless.

We are in a rural area, and the car is at a place that is private (fencing, gate, and long private road). I was hoping that I would see him at our local track.

Looking at his web page, did I miss the dyno chart with the 816hp? All I see is 600 something. No doubt it's a monster build and huge hp but I don't see anything backing up the 200hp gain.

There is nothing in that link showing what was done to go from the 6xx to the 816. Therefore that link is useless to us. Therefore its old news. So stick a carburator up your ass, spray some nitrous in there, and go fuck yourself.
