93 miata oil temperature sender
Hello miataturbo.net
I've searched through the forum but i can't find an answer. I have a 93 turbo Miata, I need to locate a place to mount the 1/8npt sender . I have oil filter sandwich plate for oil cooler. the block ports are being used for turbo feed. I don't want to mount the sender at the drain plug either. What options do I have? thanks |
Glue non-threaded sender to back of oil pan with epoxy, then insulate a large area around it with silicone.

Ok...just to bump an OLD thread here...
I have this - http://flyinmiata.com/index.php?dept...0%20%201990-93 Russell fitting from the post above (this one) - http://www.jegs.com/i/Russell/799/670083/10002/-1 Will that Russell fitting replace one of the fittings in the Mocal plate in the FM kit? I assume yes. 2nd question...which sender/gauge brand would be a good one to go with? I appreciate the help :) |
