Does anyone have a drawing showing measures or a cad (or similar) file to cut an inlet flange for my 1999 BP engine?

STP file for you. Inside the RAR file. I believe this originally came from Midtenn (credit where it's due).

EDIT: Here's a DWG file of the top view. You can dimension it (geometry's correct so shouldn't be a problem for you).

With STP and DWG there is literally no way that you arent covered unless you're trying to do something stupid.
