Not yet. I just got the motor back yesterday. So in less than a month I should have the engine back in the car and dyno tuned.

 

I predict 11hp increase and 1 torque. Ask me how I know.........


During the last dyno day we ran my car with both the ungutted and the gutted manifold. Same day comparison. Vics wasn't hooked up though in the ungutted so really the gain might not have been that much.

 

Just did the same thing with my NA 00 motor - cut open the upper manifold and saw a 5hp increase accross the board - hp & torque. Again - same day comparrison - again with the VICs deactivated

I just cut the interal floor out - did not cut the EGR intake restrictions out - that is my next step

 

Bleh. Only 5-10whp. I was hoping to see 20+ at the 250whp+ range.
