Any suggestions for shops for head work

Well,
I wasn't planning on extensive head work for my build but as I spend more money I seem to get sucked further in and if I am going to go balls out, I want to do it right.
Does anyone have any suggestions about shops experienced at doing headwork on miatas. Ideally I would like before and after flowbench results so I can work with some cam manufacturers for some better cams as well.
Of course local would be nice(Portland, OR) but I am willing to ship.
I have tried to do some searching and have read good things about John Day. Any other suggestions?
as an aside does anyone do shimless buckets on Miata motors, this seems fairly common in Subarus etc but I haven't found much on searching for it on miatas?
Thanks for any help, I have found your help on other subjects helpful as this build slowly comes together.

Accurate Engines did my build HIGHLY reputable by all local shops and dealerships. Carb Connection, Speedware, park place etc. uses them.

Talk to Mike, depending on your port work he will guarantee you a 10% hp increase just from portwork. He is close, about 3 hours from you.

I have pics somewhere. Tell em Anthony sent ya and you should get a deal.
