Default LS coil-what did I get?

So I bought these coils from ebay. They were listed as LS3 coils and listed part number. What I have doesn't match. All are the same and seem brand new. Also came with 2 harnesses, one has a cracked connecter but would work fine. I have the FM LS coil bracket and ignition wires already here now. Digging around the site I found some info on these, but not anything referencing what the output on these may be like. They are stamped #12573190 and from some googling these make 90mj of juice and seem to be LS2 truck coils. Good for most use to my understanding. I figured I'd check with you guys to make sure on what these are before I either fight the ebay guy (probably not going to happen) or make these work. Just want to make sure these aren't the "crappy" coils before I go to modding my bracket. Really just requires a longer bolt. Also the plugs/pigtails are the same on these as the other LS coils? So wiring won't change I hope.

Thanks for any clarification.

Those are LS2 truck coils, but not the best yukon ones. They will not fit the FM bracket without modification. You are probably correct that it just needs 2 longer bars. You wire them in the same as the other ls2 coils.

Are these comparable to the LS3 coils? Really curious if it's worth the cash to find the "baller" truck coils or just use these. Run til one blows or I run some unholy amount of boost that these need replaced? I mounted the FM bracket with the coils on it and the ignition wires fit fine and are long enough. Just need longer bracket bolts.

It is not worth the cash. They will run fine. My welder runs 20psi through a ls2 motor in his drag mustang on stock ls2 coils. These will be more then adequate for you.

Thanks, now I just need to find a bolt for this bracket. Is the 90mj the right spec? Stock '99 coils are ___mj? Just curious what the upgrade is. Got these for my new to me VVT head instead of factory stuff.

You know you have to run an AN line to replace the oil hardline correct?

Already have it. I think I have everything I need. FYI I got a 10mm banjo bolt from ATP for the feed line from the block. Just eye balling it cause the block isn't here, but it looks like it may only engage a few threads. Going to order the factory one from mazda if I can find it. Also need to find a VVT actuator pigtail.
