Borg Warner EFR 6258 .64 or .80?

I’m trying to decide on which 6258 to buy the .64 or .80 twin scroll. My power goal is +280whp with 8.6:1 CR, I will be using the Skunk2 manifold and Throttle Body. Which turbo would be best in this sort application if going to use 15psi?

There are no twin scroll EFR miatas that i know of currently. I will have one of two with an EFR 6758 Twin Scroll and one other guy who isnt on miata turbo is getting a manifold as well.
