Default Engine rebuild question

Hey guys so I'm currently tearing down a 1.6 to send to the machine shop. I have gotten everything except the crank pulley, oil pump, and crank off of the block. I cannot figure out how to hold the crank and torque the crank pulley nut off. I have all the main caps off. Also have been working on an fm style tool to hold the crank. My intuition tells me to bolt the main caps back on and bolt the "flywheel holder" onto the back and hit it with a breaker bar. Is that acceptable? Is there an easier way to get the crank nut off? Thanks guys.

With the tranny off, easiest would be the flywheel with a couple bolts holding it in place.

yup, put two fly wheel bolts in and use a pry bar between the bolts to keep the crank from spinning, then use a breaker bar or air on the pulley

Take the crank out and put it in a vice with some rags. Or air/electric impact gun.
