so... im looking for cams. specs on motor:

- 11.5:1 85.5mm pistons (2.0L)
- tuned intake mani
- supertech rods
- '99 head
- supertech +1mm valves
- ebay header
- aem ecu

do i want more lift, more duration, or both?

Here's an idea Mr. Moneybags. Get your head flowbenched and then send those results over to integral cams along with your build details. Send them a check for $750 and they will make a set of cams that will be best for your motor.
