Clicking from the VVT turning the engine
Hi,
I'm familiarizing with my first VVT build. It's a BP-VE engine with lower compression pistons, forged rods, etc. The engine is still on the engine stand, timing belt just mounted. Now when I turn the engine by the crank bolt, I can hear a clicking noise coming from the VVT two times per turn, and I can feel that the intake cam makes a little click forward. It's supposed to be normal with the VVT without oil pressure? |
