Clutch stage
So i was reading and searching around ,but can't find my answer. I'm going to be pushing around 160-180hp on my turbo 1.6 and was wondering if i should get a stage 1 or stage 2 kit. I read that a stage 1 is good for up to 200hp and was really considering that. Although please give your professional opinons. My clutch is due for a change so i thought i might as well just get a stage 1 or 2 if im going to change it already thanks.

Oh for fucks sake. I hate the word "stage".
Stages mean nothing unless they're a model name for a specific brand, which you have not provided us. They're usually rated in ft/lbs, sounds like you need one rated higher than 200 if you plan on running 200... |
Why haven't you been banned yet?
Read the goddamn spec sheet of the clutch you want to buy. |
Good point.

Stage 7.... You need a stage 7 for that kinda torque
|
Stage ∞ clutch - ceramic single puck clutch, inconel solid hub, good to a gajillion foot pounds of torque.

I got a guy. He'll balance the flywheel and pressure plate while mated to the rest of the rotating mass. You have to send him your engine and there's no saying when you'll get it back, but it's totally worth it.
