The block and caps need to be lined honed if the crank won't spin with the caps installed.

I've seen one incorrect bearing in a set (+.010 oversized). It happens. Just because you take them out of the same boxes, doesn't mean the are right. Put a micrometer on each of them for thickness.

Well I figured it out. It was just that one set of caps were mixed up, I must have mixed them up when I took it apart. That's why I prefer doing my engine builds in a short period, usually one or two days so my memory is fresh off what I did. Thanks for the help guys

My caps have stamped number on them.. thats how I identify them
