Which Damned Hole?? (ITB Injectors)

OK Crew, as discussed elsewhere I'm about to start fitting a set of TWM ITB's to my car. The TWM's have injectors, and my head has injectors. Clearly, this is a lot of injectors..

So what to do with all these holes? Plug the head (if so, how?) and run the ITB's injectors? Plug the ITB's and run the stock locations? Use one or the other for water injection nozzles? (And if so, which?) Run 8 completely unnecessary injectors and tune accordingly? Not that is really matters, but I have spiffy new injectors and a BEGI Fuel Distribution System that I really like on the head already..

Help me get my head around this please..

Use the head ports for the main/primary/whatever injectors

Either plug the others or do something awesome like water/meth/semen/unicorn piss

*edit: oh also, HE ONLY HAS THE ONE ;)

Most people with TWM's plug the head injector holes. There is a freeze plug from your local parts store that will fit perfectly. That is what I did.

Same here.

Why's that? Just curious. I'd assume best spray patterns and atomization is at the oem ports as designed by mazda, but I know nothing about ITB's so....

Best for emissions and such probably. You already have the setup for the TWM right?

Yes, injectors, regulator, rail and harness. I'm sad to write off the brand new Denso 450's and BEGI Fuel Octopus, wish I'd found the ITB's before buying that stuff. If it was a wash functionally I'd seriously leave my fuel system as-is, and machine up some plugs for the ITB injector ports. I could always throw some nitrous nozzles in there.. I mean, I have a mill and a lathe, why not?

I see. I hate to waste stuff too. Most tuning gains for dual systems are before and after throttle plates.. If you went with dual injector rails I don't think you would gain much besides complexity.
I really don't think it matter THAT much which rail you use. Who knows, you might find the injectors in the make more power.

I thought the head ports would be best also. How big a deal would it be to use a non working rail on one set of ports, tune, see how you like it. Then swap to the other set and see if anything changes. It would be cool to know if farther away is better than closer.

Use the head ports. When you go to a real man's turbo put the big injectors spraying into the trumpets inside the plenum, like this.
