are you aware of any drive by wire throttle body that fits to the bolt pattern of a nb intake manifold? Widen the holes would not be a problem but the general bolt pattern and the air inlet should line up.
Yes, I am aware of the safety concerns, ecu / pedal requirements for a dbw conversion .

I am not sure. You could just get a plate made and port match it to the intake manifold and throttle body you choose to run.

My guess a GM V6 would be adequately sized and easy to adapt.

do not do the pedal box. It is for a rhd miata.

 

For LHD pedal things, KPower makes an adapter that uses a honda fit/jazz pedal

I rather doubt you're going to find anything that just bolts up. The bolt pattern on the Miata is asymmetric due to the IAC, and the other 3 holes don't match up to anything I found either, but it's close enough to interfere with most similar sized DBW's.

I'm running a Honda 2.0T DBW found on an Accord, TLX, or RDX with a custom adapter. Also using the Kpower Honda Fit accel pedal.

 

I do suspect if you have a skunk2 manifold you could mix and match an upper plenum unit from a Honda and use the corresponding throttle body, as I think they are modular.
