Diff making ticking noise at low speeds "vid inside"

Just noticed this today. I haven't really beat on the car at all since the new trans and clutch went it. It's a stock open diff by the way.

Just watch the first minute, no need to listen to the rest, not sure why my phone was recording still or what was even going on lol.

Haven't had a chance to check fluid level as I am still at work.

Has anyone heard similar noses from their diff, and how urgent is fixing this. Car accelerates fine by the way, and you can't feel any interruptions in the drive train while driving. Not sure if it could be that little hub type pucky thing with 4 pucks on it that just chills at the drive shaft end of the diff. When I was detaching the drive shaft last week I noticed that spun freely and wasn't even sure why it needed to be there.

I'm also broke, not really, but I don't want to spend any more money on the car right now.

Figured out what it was, It was that thing 4 puck thing "don't know the name of it, that sits right behind the input flange on the diff. What is it's main purpose and is it something I can just remove or should I replace the rubber that it sits on?

Here is a pic of what I'm talking about.

It spins freely and I just want it to STOP!
