that's why despite having the fog lights for the bumper I never even installed them

it was cheap - was a PVC material, plumbing section. those slits are kinda small, but nothing a dremel can't take care of! They don't look all that small when compared to the oem lip, which I have ducted tot he brakes - granted the opening could be larger.

Find someone parting a car out and nab the tray/guide from them. PartsGroup.com has a used guide for $40 and probably has the belly pan as well.
