Easy ATI Damper install in 10 Steps No pics

So I installed my ATI Damper today and was expecting the worst experience ever due to reading other people's posts. This thing went on no problem! Have your belt guide installed on damper and timing belt ready. You will only need a way to cool the cranknose i used a can of compressed air, a washer and your old crank bolt. Oh and also have a way to not have your crank move. I had the car in 5th gear, rear tires on the ground.(not the best way to do it but also not the worst)
Step 1. Pre heat oven to 170F.
Step 2. Place Damper in there for 1 hour.
Step 3. When timer is at 1 minute left, grab a can of compressed air(keyboard cleaner) and flip it over and shoot the cranknose (don't spray the front seal) this should spray out the liquid which will cool the nose significantly and rapidly.
Step 4. Wipe off any residue on the cranknose. (I didn't have any but still wiped it off)
Step 5. Coat the nose with a very light coating of motor oil and install the woodruff key the correct way.
Step 6. Remove the damper from oven(might need gloves if u have girly hands) place timing belt on the damper and place Damper on crank nose.
Step 7. Install washer on bolt and install thru damper into cranknose. (Make sure you have that timing belt on)
Step 8. You have your timing belt on right? Be sure you have a way to keep the crank from turning double check ur woodruff key and then start tightening down the bolt(keep an eye on your belt and key that they aren't being fouled) till it bottoms out on the stop/ridge on the crank. (Check that your timing belt also looks to be inline with the cam gears idler and tensioner.
Step 9. Install new crankbolt and torque to factory specs.
Step 10. Crack a beer open.

Pro tip. If you happen to forget to put your timing belt on(after all my reminders) you can drop the oil pan and get it on without trying to fight getting the damper off cause this baby is on there good.
