Default Engine swap

So I am looking at buying a second engine to build and eventually swap into my miata. I have a 1994 na8. I am hoping to use a 94-97. I found one but I need to know if there are any differences between the obd1 and obd2 engines. I really don't know how to word my question, but on the engine only are there any differences that can be easily changed to work if I end up with an obd2?

Based on your question, you are, in fact, the average squid.

But to answer the question: no differences that can't easily be remedied

Search more later so that you don't keep asking really really really obvious questions and have people make fun of you for it.
