Default .25mm oversize and .25 undersize rod bearing?

I have one of the eagle rod that had the rod bearing failure, results in rod is now out of round, also the crankshaft, I took to local machine shop that will fix the crankshaft to use .25mm undersize bearings, but he said the rod is not going to have tunnel boring, so I will need a new rod.
Do anyone know if I may find oversize bearings to fit? I can search many undersize bearings selling as standard with .25 and .50, but I just cannot find any undersize + oversize bearings around, is this not possible?
