Fuel flow direction through rail?

I am swapping a JDM 1.8 99 motor into my 1.6 92. My JDM motor has a return fuel system unlike the USDM return-less 99. I know which of the hard lines are the feed and return, however, the FPR on this fuel rail is on the front(towards front of car). Whereas on my 1.6 the FPR was on the back of the rail. I am having trouble figuring out which side of the JDM rail should be feed and return. Common sense tells me the flow of fuel should be Feed --> FPR -->Fuel Rail --> Return. On the 1.6 the flow was the opposite; fuel went through the rail before the FPR but I could be wrong about that. Can someone tell me which side is feed and return?

Fail!

The FPR is a restriction to keep the pressure in the Fuel Rail. So the FPR is the point where the return line should be connected.
The EUDM 98-00 is the same as the JDM 98-00, if we disregard some other stuff.
I have an old pic of it (disregard the question about the vacuum solenoid), but what you want is probably not visible under the intake.
