fuel pump doesnt turn on
 

there I no fuel getting to the engine from the actual fuel pump it doesn't run.

Ain't got no gas in it.

You need to pull the choke 3/4 way out.

Jump the pins on the connector.
Won't work though, cause your pump is bad.

Does the CEL come on when you turn the key to the on position?

the best way to solve it is to leave all all details possible.
