Help me! Oil feed (sandwich plate)

If i put an oil restrictor on the line ( because i have a ball bearing turbo IHI VJ14 ) Did that affect engine lubrication ? ... because it actually stops all the flow from the filter to the engine.... I'm confused...
Help me... is this a good oil feed layout ? Dosen't the restrictor and the turbo itself affect oil flow to the engine ? How should i do this ?
Give me some advices please ...

Using the adapter Savington so nicely linked for you? Drain then goes straight to the oil pan.

I don't understand what are you trying to say....
With this adapter il comes from the pump... pass trough adapter... then oil filter... then the engine, and finally back to oil pan...
Tell me how i should use this adapter.... because i know a lot use it...

No. Oil comes from the pump, passes through the filter, and goes to the adapter. SOME of the oil then goes to the turbo, and drains directly from the turbo into the pan. The rest of the oil feeds the engine as normal.

Fair warning: This is an extremely basic concept. If you're struggling here, you will likely not get to the end of your project successfully without a substantial amount of additional research on your own.

Okay, how to use the adapter you posted:

1). Take adapter.
2). Throw it in the trash.
3). Buy Trackspeed adapter.
4). Turbo your Miata properly.
5). Profit.

Also, if you want to run an oil cooler you will need a thermostatic sandwich plate. Otherwise your oil will never warm up.

I should close the circuit on the adapter ( red line - right ) so the main oil line goes directly to the engine....( or better i could place a cooler there ) and get the oil feed from the side then return to oil pan....
But that means i should drill into the oil pan.. right ?

and only in discussion... the oil first passes the adapter .. before the filter.. because is comming from the pump on the exterior side... where the adapter is... and then return from filter trough center where adapter have just a hole so the oil can pass...

Is there any particular reason why you choose to do it the stupid and bad way and not like everyone else here ?

The "traditional" way could not possibly be any easier. Why use a sandwich adapter?
