How can I ensure engine longevity
 

I just love the performance of this car, so I'm keen to ensure that it all stays intact. My current specs are as follows;

- 1990 1.6 stock internals
- Webcamshafts 505 grind
- Fidanza cam gears
- Greddy manifold with relief cuts
- TD04-15G turbo
- 2.5" Straight through turbo exhaust
- RX-7 550cc/min injectors (average flow of 580cc/min)
- FMIC
- Link ECU - knock sensor, EBC, map sensor
- Lc-1
- 8lb flywheel
- Torsen type I
- Koyo 37mm radiator

I'm currently boosting at 15psi with a 16.5psi map limit. Intake temps average in the 70F range and peak no higher than 105F regardless of ambient. Coolant temps average 194F and peak at 200F regardless of ambient. I don't have an oil cooler. AFR targets, in boost, 11.8 - 11.5.1

The car is not tracked and I allow the car to warm up and down as recommended.

Any tips or advice, other than to swap in forged internals, would be greatly appreciated as I'm addicted to the boost

Maybe some gauges that have leds that light up when a certain temperature/boost level is reached? A temperature gauge with a led alarm would have saved two engines out of my old mercedes diesel when 1) the water pump died and 2) the radiator kerploded and all my precious bodily fluids poured out without me knowing.

Oil temp sensor, although may be overkill for street.

Thanks for the input. I'm guessing my set up has covered most bases otherwise some of you clever folk would have something to add.

I'll be changing the oil shortly so have decided on Amsoil 0W-30 to keep the oil temps under control. I'm also tempted into buying a 13 row oil cooler but think it may be overkill for my general use.

Water injection wouldn't hurt.

I'm considering water injection, the Devil's own kit. Would you recommend it? and what are the potential pitfalls or safety margins that I should aim to observe.
