Default Injector Harness Plug type

I have some 2nd Gen DSM 440 injectors (courtesy of fmowry) that I'm wiring up as a part of my engine swap. Anyhow, I can't seem to find my notes as to injector plug type.

I've been looking at :
http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/f...-ev1-p-48.html

and it appears that the DSM stuff is all EV1 style plugs. Can anyone confirm so I can order these damn things?

Thanks,
Greer

The DSm run the common "Bosch" style fuel injector...

The EV1 will work...

But when I worked at NAPA, we had them on the shelf, for less than $6.50 each

The push style wire clip is common on many GMs... ask for a FI plug for like a 95 vette, or impala with an LT1 or "P" vin code

http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/elect...ors/?itemid=45 or alternatively http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/fuel-...s-ev1f-to-summ

An alternative, so you don't have to hack up your harness.

P.S. Remember to make sure the female and male stuff is all correct, but PNP adapters are not much more than just the pigtails.

Thanks for the links. Since I'm running a tec-2 and won't be using the factory harness the adapters aren't needed. I'm building my wiring harness from scratch so minimizing splices/crimps is key, so starting with a bare connector is best. DIY does have these: http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/f...ev1-p-111.html I have access to the correct crimpers and have spools of appropriate wire on order.

Last problem in the harness now is how to make the Y joins so I don't have to have multiple wires feeding into the tec wiring block (yes, the TEC-2 is batch mode and the wiring block sucks, such are the limitations): I'm thinking of using these: http://crimpsupply.com/connectors/hi...terminals.html to keep the harness as small in bulk as possible. I'll seal each up with heat shrink tubing, then loom the whole mess to keep it nice and tidy.

I have some other stuff I need to order from DIY anyways (serial to usb that may actually work with a tec-2, etc) so at 5.75 they aren't bad. The napa links are showing 7 and 10 bucks for those links :(

Thanks,
Greer
