Idle and accelerating issue after VVT swap.

Hi

We did a VVT swap on my friend's NA with ECU and fuel rail change of course.
The car starts without any issue, but after the warmup the idle starts bouncing from 700 to 1200rpm. While driving when we push the throttle until 15% then nothing happens (almost stalls), thereafter the car starts accelerate as fuck. Very annoying. It's unusable in cruise mode.
Its working as expected at WOT.
We changed the MAF, idle valve, TPS sensor but there is no improvement. We did a vacuum leak test and there is no leak. We discponnected the VVT valve for test but nothing but the issue still exists
We are out of ideas.

Any suggestion?

We did several VVT swaps before and they all worked flawlesly. I don't know what cause this issue.

Thanks in advance.
