3rd post ever, and is a definate noob post. I'll try to give some advice even though I don't have a 1.6 liter. I'd say, ABSURD FLOW, upgrade to a 19T wheel, MSPNP, RX-7 550's, FM Level II clutch, and you MIGHT get close to your goal.
WAIT, you just said your car is totally stock with a greddy kit? What are you running 5psi with no intercooler? Then guess what...YOU AIN'T MAKIN ****! Upgrade somewhere towards what I mentioned above, and you will be more than happy even if you only end up making 235whp.

The greddy turbo will start to choke past 240-250 whp and you will just be blowing hot air into your combustion chamber. You will need,

Intercooler,
2 1/2" downpipe 3" exhaust
550cc injectors
Megasquirt (either PNP or DIY)
Wideband
And probably WI will get you the last 20hp
As well as some dyno time

Now for your car to utilize that power you will need
Stronger rear end (torsen or rx7)
Clutch with higher torque rating
Good tires
Bigger brakes
New shocks/springs (or coilovers)
and start saving for a roll bar.

I would suspect that around that goal your motor may bend a rod.

Cheers.

Sure, here you go:

1. A check
2. A pen
3. A first grade education, such that you can write the words "Three Thousand Dollars and No Cents" on said check with said pen

The upgrade from stock GReddy to 250whp involves changing everything except that turbo, and even then you'll make it more easily if you change that too. You're better off selling your kit and building a T28-based kit using Bell or FM parts from the classifieds. Read the DIY FAQ and learn how, or sell your kit and write a big check - you can reach your goal either way.

You need:
-engine management
-downpipe
-bigger injectors
-exhaust
-intercooler
-boost control

you will keep:
-greddy manifold
-greddy turbo

Don't let the anti's get you down. I made above your power goal for 25k miles with my greddy set up before I moved on to a newer car.

My dyno

you need 460-550cc injectors
a 3" exhaust
an intercooler
an engine management ECU
a better wastegate
and about 14-16psi.

your clutch and rear might not like it.
