Used M-tuned reroute or wait for Q-max stock?
Haven't quite been able to find a satisfactory answer from searching so I hope I don't offend.
Crux of the question is basically, given all the chatter and demand for the Q-max reroute, is there really a big enough performance difference compared with something like the M-tuned reroute to justify a new kit over a reasonably priced used one?

The Q-Max has one giant benefit to me over the standard spacers. The ease of installation and removal of it with the engine in the car. No clue how it compares in that re-guard to the M-tuned re-route.

I don't doubt that the Q Max is a better product, but at the end of the day it will work exactly the same as the M-Tuned when installed. I installed my M-Tuned kit with the motor in the car without any major issues. It took me about three hours to install, it's one of those jobs that's more tedious than hard. It seems to be a high quality setup and I've never had an issue with it. Conceptually the air bleed in the Q Max seems like a good idea, but I didn't really have an issue with burping the M-Tuned system either.

The only REAL remaining concerns/issues is 1) increase in failure points/gaskets and 2) on NBs specifically, this arrangement makes CLT sensor grounding issues (gauge only) very common and really annoying.
FUNCTIONALLY, they're fine.
One anecdote from me, since i've now done this on both cars: Clutch job with the QMax reroute is WAY more annoying than with the Skou setup i have on my other car. It sure is way prettier though.
