You're gonna need a billet oil pump for either 8500rpm or 450whp, for both you definitely want one.

I can't help you on cam selection, but for 450whp I wouldn't think they are a big deal, Soviet hit that on stock cams.

I can work with stoke camshaft but i wont to improve the top end.
My gol is power stable to 7800 and after the power down until 8300rpm

Not sure about that toda one, this is what most of the people here use: Mazda\Ford\Mercury Oil Pumps

I'm not sure I'd risk an engine costing several thousand dollars to save a few dollars on the oil pump.

Also ATI harmonic ballancer. Especially if you plan on making power that high for an extended period of time.

The motor will take the pressure those pumps put out, many people use there pumps.
Miataroadster.com sells billet pump gears as well.

Use super tech shim under bucket, and super tech lash caps. Make sure to have your spring pressures tested to match kelfords specs

Ask your engine builder, I think the pressure you want depends on your bearing clearances.

10 psi per 1000rpm is a good rule if thumb
