Default Miata turbo running extremly hot.

Hey guys, i'm just done building a turbo setup, it's off the dyno and runs and pulls great.

But I have a serious overheat problem.

The Car is equipped with the following :

BEGI Reroute, Yonaka 2inch radiator with 2 fans.

I had overheating problem yesterday because i had prestone leaks, I fixed those up, everything is really tight now, nothing leaks.

I went back on the road, to test it and see how it was going, after only 5 minutes of pushing it a bit, the ECU (MS reading) sensor was showing 105 celcius and still climbing, so I went back home.

The gauge sensor is brand new (was broken), and it was showing between 11:00 and 12:00 even when the MS said 105 celcius.

I did notice a new problem, out of my 2 fans, only one is working, the one on the driver side. Could only 1 fan out of 2 be making the engine goes that hot that quick ?

What could be the cause ? It's climbing toward 100 slowly (not spiking).

Thank you

did you properly burp the system after fixing the leaks? Air pockets will shoot temps up faster than anything.
