More NA power on corn?

Stock 1.8vvt square top, bigger injectors and pump, head shaved for 10.5 :1. 3D intake with delated maf. 2.5" exhaust no cat. Kind of the standard 150whp NA package.

Currently 153whp to the ground on 91+ tuned MS3.

Is it worth tuning for corn? I get mixed results from searching. If yes anyone have approximate gains from going this route?

thanks!

as a general rule 5-7%.....depends o how well your 91 is tuned. and how well you can tune the E85

Ive attached a virtual Dyno sheet which should be taken with a grain of salt. Cause its a virtual Dyno.and noithing is ever the same.
even though they were done on different days. The temperature has been added to compensate. Same road. Same starting point. my E85 run was started going a bit quicker. so it starts at a different point. The road is quite flat.

I cant imagine there is any wheel-spin involved. Both days were dry. The only difference apart from timing & fuel being used I added new spark plugs. The old ones were toast. The new ones were also a different temp rating. Perhaps that's what made some extra difference.
It could also be that the 93 gas I'm using isn't tuned for maximum.
I currently use different maps. A Flex fuel sensor is on the agenda.

The one thing I'm finding. I keep running out of fuel very quickly. There is one place near my work and another near my home.....Ive gtot to time it right. All the time. I'm getting tired of it. Yours might be a different situation.

I'm currently back on normal (93) gas all the time now. until I get the flex sensor in. I'll use the E85 foir club days or when I know there is spirited driving happening.

I think its worth it because it is a renewable energy. More so than gas. That's why I'm going to get the flex fuel sensor so I get a compromise between distance traveled & power between fill ups.

Thanks for the follow up. I was concerned I was getting to the point of diminishing returns short of major hardware upgrades (like raising compression or head work). If there's another 7-10hp hidden in this engine configuration with a tune and e85 that's significant and worth the effort.
