Does anyone have a motor mount that is not installed and would not mind taking a few quick measurements for me?

Just need A and B from the picture below
and if you could measure the length and width too that would be great.

Ugh, I was looking at using some C5 corvette motor mounts as they are a hydraulic design, but i do not think its going to work. The mounts are nearly 3/4 of an inch taller not counting the bolts. at 20 dollars a piece i may still buy and try them. Perhaps I will be able to weld up a new adapter for the motor side of the mount that can take up the space.

Interesting, props for trying to increase comfort, as opposed to going with solid mounts like a lot of others. This old man appreciates that.

Ironically, my next tip comes from those same solid motor mount people, as they also like to slams their car to the ground. They raise the motor to avoid damaging the oil pan by using longer motor mounts. Maybe you could find on Clubroadster just how much you can extend them.

I will have to check out club roadster, as much as I hate looking for anything technical over there.

But yeah any improvement in comfort would be nice, but mostly I'd like to be able to see out of of my rear view mirror on the highway.

If I didn't track my miata and those Corvette mounts work, you better believe they'd be on my car. How heavy is the LS and transmission? I hope our engines are heavy enough to "use" them for ya.

Edit: I'll save you some time:

These fellas seem to think it's more an issue of running out of thread, so I say for $40 throw them in and see how they feel.
